This is the topic where corrections to notes can be posted. There is no specified format, but it's helpful to make it easy as possible for people to understand. Just post a reply to this topic and include the correction Smile

Lesson: 1
Slide: "Expected Return"
Page number: 10
Correction: The "Return RZi" and "Probability pi" columns are the wrong way round i.e. they contain each others data. The table looks like:

OutcomeReturn RZiProbability piRZi x pi
10.10-0.15-0.0150
............

but should be:

OutcomeReturn RZiProbability piRZi x pi
1-0.150.10-0.0150
............

...because "Probability" should always add up to 1 because one of the outcomes must occur. And probability can't be negative.

Lesson: 2
Slide: "INSTRUMENTS (DETAIL)" (T-Bills)
Page number: 9
Correction: Slides says "$10,000K minimum with $1K increments":

... but in 1998 the minimum was reduced to $1000. However, as of 2008 the minimum was further reduced to $100 to encourage saving.
